From this workshop you will:

  • Use Ayurvedic principles to understand your body
  • Discover what foods, exercise and lifestyle suits your body type 
  • Find out what puts you out of balance and how to regain that balance

It is important to know and understand your individual body type as not all foods and diets are suitable for everyone. Understanding this can prevent allergies, autoimmune diseases and many other ailments.

  • See how mental and emotional issues relate to health and wellbeing
